May 9, 2008		 1:00 pm Early Bird tour - departs from Travelodge at 1 pm.  Caravan in your old car enjoying the Shenandoah Valley countryside to Gladys and Paul Cogles private Automobile and Collectables museum in Martinsburg, WV

7:30-9:30 pm Meet Headquarters - Travelodge 
Friday Nite Get Acquainted Party/President's Reception at Travelodge Banquet Room 3rd Floor (use elevator) - Antique Toys on display.  See registration form to sign up (free).

May 10, 2008		 7:00 am
 Flea Market/Car Corral opens 7:00 am.  All vendors and car corral vehicles use University Drive and Pleasant Valley Rd. entrance. WATCH FOR SIGNS. Flea Market located off I-81 at Exit 313 on Rt. 50 West; make right on Pleasant Valley Rd., then right on University Drive (see map).

8:00 -  11:00 am  Vehicle Registration Opens 8:00 am. at Jim Barnett Park. All show vehicles (pre-registered or late) use 2nd Cork St. entrance. WATCH FOR SIGNS. Show field located off I-81 at Exit 313 on Rt. 50 West; make a right on Pleasant Valley Road, then right on Cork Street (see map). Vehicles not permitted on show field until 8:00 am.  Vehicles must be on show field by 11:00 am to be judged.
   All Day Flea Market with hundreds of Vendors

All Day Special Attractions - Enjoy the 1915 International Harvester with circa 1900 carousel carved animals compliments of W.F. Markey, Jr.

10:30 am Judges Meeting  in War Memorial Building on show grounds. Special recognition gift.  See registration form to sign up.

11am - 3pm Vehicle Judging - ALL CARS must remain on show field until 3:00 pm

12:30 pm
 Clark County Community and Dixie Rhythms Bands will perform on show grounds.

3:00  pm Special awards and Cruise-In awards presentation at PA/Info tent for selected vehicles

6:00 pm
7:00 pm
 Cash Bar opens 6:00 pm at Travelodge Banquet Room.
AACA BANQUET-AWARDS - 7:00 pm in Travelodge Banquet Room, use elevator to 3rd floor. Buffet (with 2 meats)  limited to first 220 reservations.  Pre-register on Vehicle Registration form. You are welcome to pick up your trophy at the end of the awards ceremony even if you prefer to have dinner elsewhere.
