Miura fuel system bypass or recirculation
The electric Bendix or Facet fuel
pump found in use on a Miura can most times be found to produce
excessive pressure when the engine is at the start up condition or at
idle. One of the revisions on many Miura has been to install a metered
flow fuel bypass or recirculation system.

1) Is indicating an added tap at the end of both fuel banjo logs(item
#7 above), front and rear. These combine into one line that is routed
to the front of the vehicle and tapped back into the gastank.
