Miura solid rotors convert to vented rotors

Solid rotors were used on the first P400 and P400S models, probably up thru build 400-500. The change to vented rotors also affected the Espada, Jarama and others and most likely the need to stop the heavier models is what prompted this upgrade.
The Miura rotors are an odd size with 300mm up front and 305mm at rear. The Espada and others used a 300 up front, but a smaller rotor at the rear.
The calipers from Girling did not not change, but were simply expanded with the use of spacers.
