New Old Stock  product for sale - absolutely pristine new! Listed below are a variety of new Ohlins shocks from the Sweden factory that I am able to sell at quite a savings! As i obtain more inventory, I will list below. Right now it appears mid to late 90's -

1997 Suzuki RM 125 - SU7120 - $475 w/correct Ohlins spring
Length - 470mm, Stroke 135mm, compression and rebound clickers, clevis bottom mount, spherical bearing top mount, preload wrench, decals, owners manual, tech sheet, brand new! Spring prelaod is adjustable with threaded locking rings and a wrench included.
upper mount - 10mm bore x 22mm width
lower mount - 10mm bore x 22mm width clevis, smooth bore
stock competition spring rate - 4.5 Kg/mm = 44 N/mm = 251 lbs/in
reservoir clocking - (as done by 12hr clock) - 9:30 or 3:30 looking at top , 12 oclock straight ahead , so pretty close to 90 degrees but not quite.

Note about 2000-2004 Suzuki DRZ400 (custom SU7120 four options)
The 2000 thru 2005 DRZ model requires a rear shock with the exact head clocking and position as these 96 and 97 models and the required eye to eye of 459mm. The application of the 96 model shocks at 455.5 fit this requirement pretty well, tiny bit short (459 vs 455.5), but i am out as of 3/21/06. The OEM Ohlins spec for a DRZ400 is 459mm eye to eye /135mm travel.
Read the above spec - SU7120 is 470/135.
Notice June 2006 - the 2000-2004 DRZ cannot take a longer shock than stock length, so the 7120 must be shortened  I still recommend upgrading the valving in the SU7120, which means it needs to come all the way down, new gas, oil when doing valves.
please note these are new Ohlins shocks built originally in about 1998. Any of the modifications (2,3,4) require a oil and gas change which does refresh the inside to new 2006 status. I need the rider weight when selecting spring. If you carry extra gear that adds weight, i need to know as well. Camelback, sidecar, shotgun, case of beer..... all these things can add up! also provided is the correct Ohlins new powder coated spring provided for rider weight with along with wrench, booklet, decals.
1) in the box SU7120 $475 with correct spring  = 470/135 - $475+$25 shipping
2) add internal spacers to stock spec (459/124) - $50
3) add custom revalve for adult or competition riding - $50
4) add new shorter body cylinder = 459/135 - $75

2005 Suzuki DRZ 400 Super Motard - this configuration is special at 447 length/124 stroke with much stiffer compression/rebound than an SU7120. To get your best performance you need all 3 modifications, 2) revalve to match spring and rider, 3) spacer to pull 10mm from stroke, 4) shorter body cylinder to achieve correct height. so as a deal for all mods -
SM combination - 1,2,3,4 - $625+25 shipping
you may choose any of options or none or something i have not thought of.
I can add a 15 mm spacer to go to 455/120.

This clevis has 10mm threads on one side

lower mount - 10mm bore/thread x 32mm width clevis, threaded one side
spring rate - 4.7 Kg/mm = 46 N/mm = 263 lbs/in
reservoir clocking - (as done by 12hr clock) - 2:00 or 8:00 looking at top , 12 oclock straight ahead , so a little from 90 degrees.

Question - What else will these above shocks fit?
DRZ400 Suzuki
I hope to have an answer for this in the next few months. Certainly these shocks can have different bodies, shim stacks, springs, .....in fact all the pieces can be changed out, but cost becomes a real issue. My gut tells me other Suzuki , KTM, Kawasaki 125/250+ in the 90's but i don't know yet.
